Gazatryk accepts payments with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

All prices are displayed in the selected currency on our webshop and include any applicable taxes where required.

Your payment will only be charged once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday).

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

We primarily ship with GLS, although PostNord may be used for certain deliveries.

Warranty & Claims

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you discover a defect or fault with a product purchased from Gazatryk, please contact us within 2 months of discovering the issue. You may submit a claim for manufacturing defects for up to 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please describe the issue clearly and, if requested, provide photos or other documentation showing the defect. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair, replace, or refund the product. If replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, another suitable solution will be offered.

2. Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Gazatryk will cover the return shipping costs using our designated return method. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your claim has been completed.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support at Gazatryk@outlook.dk and include clear photos showing the issue together with your order number.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to return unused products purchased from Gazatryk within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unused and returned in their original condition. If a product has been used or handled in a way that reduces its resale value, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Your 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

After notifying us that you wish to return your purchase, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are also responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit if the item is not packaged appropriately.

Any complimentary gifts included with your order are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
