Gazatryk accepts payments with all major payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa/Dankort, and MobilePay.

All prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT.
Payment will only be charged from your account once your order has been shipped.

Delivery

Gazatryk orders are dispatched on all business days.

Under normal circumstances, packages are delivered within 1–4 business days.
We use GLS for shipping and, in some cases, PostNord.

Right of Complaint

3.1 Defects and Issues
If your product has defects or faults, you must contact Gazatryk within 2 months after discovering the issue. You are required to describe the problem and, if requested, provide documentation showing the defect.

As a consumer, you can generally make a complaint about defects that appear within 2 years from the date you received the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If a complaint is valid, you may choose whether the product should be repaired or replaced. The exception is if replacement is impossible or would result in unreasonable costs for Gazatryk.

3.2 Approved Complaints
If your complaint is approved, Gazatryk will cover the return shipping costs through our approved return method. The product must always be returned in suitable and secure packaging. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof that the item has been returned.

3.3 Submitting a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service at Gazatryk@outlook.dk and provide clear images showing the issue you are reporting.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal and return policy on unused products purchased from Gazatryk.dk.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product has not been used. If the product has been used or its resale value has otherwise been reduced, the rules regarding depreciation will apply.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation back to us.

Any complimentary gifts included with your order are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
